  • Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of corrosion control programs aimed at mitigating both external and internal corrosion in pipelines and associated infrastructure.
  • Perform corrosion risk assessments by examining environmental and operational factors, material characteristics, and historical records to support mitigation planning.
  • Participate in root cause analyses of pipeline corrosion incidents and help formulate corrective actions and long-term prevention plans.
  • Conduct field activities such as pipeline coupon retrieval, corrosion surveys, and inspection of protective systems to assess integrity and performance.
  • Perform laboratory-based corrosion testing, including analysis of field samples using weight loss methods, microscopy, and electrochemical techniques.
  • Engage in the selection and refinement of corrosion mitigation strategies, including cathodic protection systems, coatings, and chemical inhibitors.
  • Interpret data from inline inspection tools, coupon testing, and lab measurements to evaluate pipeline integrity and corrosion progression.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to prepare technical reports, develop client presentations, and deliver actionable recommendations based on field and lab findings.
