Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to own the full candidate search process for non-sales roles, working directly with hiring managers. You will drive high-volume sourcing and end-to-end interview coordination from sourcing through offer, with training provided and a clear path for advancement.

Starting base salary is $45,000 with a $20,000 annual bonus target, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

• 0-2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• The ability to work with the latest technologies.
• The desire to be a part of TQL while contributing to our continued growth.
• Comfortable working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates' initial onboarding experience is seamless.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.
