We are seeking entry-level corporate associates from the Class of 2026 to join our General Corporate practice this fall. This role is open in any of our offices, with a particular need in our Bay Area offices (Silicon Valley or San Francisco). Associates in this role will work across the full range of corporate matters, including startup and venture capital representation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and public company work, and other niche corporate practice areas, for clients ranging from early-stage startups to mature, publicly traded corporations. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Prior internship, judicial externship, or summer associate experience in a corporate or transactional practice is a plus, but not required. We require that the candidate have sat for the July 2026 Bar Exam in the jurisdiction in which they are applying or be eligible to sit for the next available bar exam.

The anticipated range for this position is: $225,000.
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
