White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring an entry-level cook to start a culinary career in a professional hotel kitchen. No prior restaurant experience required, with hands-on training and support in a structured program.

You’ll learn all duties of a professional cook, follow F&B procedures and health guidelines, and contribute to guest satisfaction while growing within a hospitality company operating premium hotels and dining venues.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Foundational skills in sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger, pantry, and breakfast cookery.
• Culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred — not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.
