Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with 4 years of construction experience, or equivalent.
• Experience managing less complex projects with the primary client contact.
• Ability to monitor budgets, schedules, and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction on less complex projects.
• Establish project objectives through planning and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client.
• Monitor construction and financial activities with the Superintendent.
• Ensure project safety and manage risk as part of the IIF culture.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and cash flow for the project.
• Coordinate with direct reports and maintain client relationships.
