Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field).
• GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• At least one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineers into company leaders through the PECD program with mentorship and competency rotations.
• Support project teams with scheduling, estimating, budgeting and field coordination.
• Maintain safety focus and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects.
