Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Tampa, FL seeks an Entry-Level Project Manager passionate about construction to drive project performance from day one. You will estimate, schedule, review designs, and coordinate with owners and the design team to deliver value engineering ideas and successful outcomes.

Minimum BS in Engineering or related field with GPA 3.0 and 0–5 years’ experience; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field, minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 0–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects: estimating, scheduling, quality control and progress reporting.
• Ensure accurate project estimates and coordinate with owners and design team.
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor selection and bi-weekly site meetings.
