Our entrepreneurial spirit is what has allowed us — and will continue to allow us — to grow. The result? Inspired people, amazing designs, and projects with purpose.

Job Description

Our Construction Materials Testing Lab is essential for ensuring the quality and durability of materials used in construction projects. In our lab, various materials like concrete, soil, and asphalt are tested to verify their strength, composition, and performance standards. By providing accurate and reliable test results, the lab helps ensure that our clients' projects meet safety and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall integrity and longevity of their construction efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory testing of construction materials, meticulously preparing specimens for testing, and upholding high standards of quality control under the guidance of senior technical staff. Collaborating with the team, you will also work towards obtaining technician certifications from industry organizations such as the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT), Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI). Maintaining precise records of testing procedures, operating laboratory equipment, and actively engaging in ongoing training for skill enhancement will be integral to your success in contributing to the overall efficiency of the laboratory.
