Job summary

ReModern Builders LLC, based in Watertown, MA, is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to support residential job sites in the Greater Boston area. This on-site, entry-level position offers a clear career path with potential progression to Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent roles.

We value reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic, with compensation of 20–25 per hour depending on experience. The role involves a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work across project locations.

Qualifications

• Construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Approximately 1 year of experience or exposure to a construction-related trade is preferred.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to start.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe residential job sites.
• Move, load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist carpenters, project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors with general job-site tasks.
• Pick up and deliver materials, supplies, tools, and orders between job sites, vendors, and retailers.
• Assist with receiving and organizing job-site deliveries.
• Make material and supply purchases as directed.
• Perform basic demolition, cleanup, hauling, and general labor as needed.
• Help maintain company tools, equipment, materials, and job-site inventory.
• Support basic construction tasks when appropriate and learn from experienced team members and tradespeople.
• Help keep projects organized and address miscellaneous field needs as they arise.
• Follow company safety procedures and job-site expectations.
