RL James Exteriors is seeking a Construction Laborer to support exterior construction crews with site prep, material handling, installation support, and cleanup. The role offers steady, year-round work within a growing company.

You will be involved in hands-on tasks, safety-focused processes, and opportunities to build valuable construction skills alongside experienced foremen and crew members.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Willingness to learn and grow in construction.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
• Able to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew members with exterior construction projects.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain safe, clean job sites.
• Support installation, repairs, and general construction activities.
• Use hand and power tools safely as trained.
• Follow company safety standards and job site procedures.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support project success.
