You will work under supervision, follow safety procedures, maintain clean sites, and help keep projects progressing. Prior experience is not required; willingness to learn and strong work ethic are important.

Responsibilities

• Receives direction from Leads, Assistants, Superintendents, and other supervisory personnel.
• Assists skilled tradespeople with construction activities and assigned tasks.
• Performs general construction labor and trade-related duties based on crew and project needs.
• Loads, unloads, moves, organizes, and prepares tools, equipment, and materials.
• Sets up and prepares jobsites for work.
• May perform digging, trenching, demolition, material preparation, and site clean-up tasks.
• Supplies and prepares materials and tools for other crew members.
• Maintains clean, safe and orderly jobsites and vehicles.
• Identifies and removes debris, hazards, and obstructions from work area.
• Follows established procedures and safety requirements.
• Performs duties across different trades as assigned.
