Responsibilities

• Assistance to Skilled Trades: fetch tools/materials and support carpenters, ironworkers, welders.
• Safety Compliance: follow PPE rules and report hazards to supervisors.
• Equipment Maintenance: basic cleaning and inspection of tools and equipment.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with crew, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
