Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of construction management experience.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) with ability to coordinate diverse teams.
• Willing to travel and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Steel fabrication/construction experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities and scheduling.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment logistics to meet schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct on-site inspections.
• Monitor quality, budget adherence, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead field personnel and foster team collaboration.
