Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification within 3 months of hire is required.
• 0-2 years of general labor/construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, cleaning, and maintaining work areas for construction activities.
• Perform basic material handling, lifting, and transport tasks.
• Learn proper use of hand and power tools under direct supervision.
• Follow DPR safety policies, PPE requirements, and worksite procedures.
• Observe and learn from experienced workers to understand workflow and job expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout tasks.
• Participate in on-the-job and classroom training to build technical and safety knowledge.
