Watson Civil Construction, a leading contractor in Florida, is actively seeking Entry Level Civil Engineers to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, and the surrounding areas. This is a unique opportunity for Spring 2025 Degree Candidates to immerse themselves in a mix of field and office work, gaining exposure to all facets of our industry.

In this role, you will:

1. Review contracts and specifications comprehensively, assisting Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers as needed.
2. Participate in schedule preparations, quantity reporting, and project cost forecasting.
3. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the workforce to resolve project challenges.
4. Manage document control, review daily reports for accuracy, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering. We seek highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills and leadership qualities, ready to contribute to the construction field.
