Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in Daytona Beach is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Concrete Laboratory Technician. No prior experience needed, as you will learn under guidance and earn certifications while working. Paid training is provided and certification fees are covered as you progress.

You will perform basic concrete lab tests, assist with sample prep, and help with data entry and QA/QC documentation, with growth opportunities as you earn more credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Obtain lab certifications as per policy.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic laboratory tests on concrete samples under supervision.
• Assists with sample preparation and testing procedures.
• Compiles test results and inputs data for QA/QC.
• Maintains a clean, organized laboratory environment.
• Supports calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
