Job summary

Griffon Aerospace is seeking an entry-level Composite Technician to support UAV and tooling fabrication. This role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift 35 lbs, and wearing respirators and safety gear in a fast-paced environment.

Prior composite/fiberglass experience is a plus. The position is full-time in Madison, Alabama, with benefits including health/vision/dental, 401K matching, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Ability to wear a respirator and safety equipment throughout the day.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs often and work standing for a full 8h shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with leadership and peers.
• Previous composite/fiberglass experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support fabrication of UAVs and tooling.
• Work in a climate-controlled room.
• Contribute to quality control and assembly of composite components.
