Job summary

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Mesa, AZ seeks an entry-level Fabrication Specialist to support the Phantom Works Operations Team. You will develop lay-up setups, assist in assembly, and work closely with the build team to meet program requirements.

Ideal candidates show strong teamwork, attention to detail, and good communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance and work 1st or 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and instructions in English.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop lay-up and assembly set-ups for composite fabrication.
• Set up and troubleshoot composite parts for assembly.
• Assemble and install components per engineering specs.
• Identify nonconforming parts and work with engineering to improve processes.
