You will work inside our residential facility, learning operations through full paid training and gaining direct exposure to case management and public safety tasks. No prior experience required; the role emphasizes strong verbal communication, de-escalation, and attention to detail while maintaining professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Paid training provided; no prior experience required.
• Must pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility safety with routine rounds and headcounts.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
• Administer routine urine drug screenings and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Assist residents with guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access.
