Entry Level Commercial Roofing Technician

We are seeking entry-level or experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The role involves maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate ranges from $20-33/hour (excluding prevailing wages). Benefits, subject to eligibility, include:

Position Duties & Responsibilities

• Install various roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems
• Operate tools safely (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Adhere to OSHA and other safety regulations, demonstrating safe work practices
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility and handling weights up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders and communicate effectively with team members

Job Requirements

• Experience in Commercial Roofing preferred; at least 1 year is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen
