Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks an Electrical Service Technician I, an entry-level, client-facing field role supporting troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and servicing of electrical systems under the supervision of a Journeyman or Master Electrician.

You will assist with service calls across commercial, industrial, and construction environments, learn to read basic drawings, follow safety policies, and progress through apprenticeship hours while delivering professional service on every job site.

Qualifications

• Entry-level knowledge of electrical theory and systems.
• Must be enrolled or willing to enroll in an approved apprenticeship.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to learn from supervision and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing electrical systems under supervision.
• Support service calls and identify basic electrical issues.
• Assist with conduit, wiring, lighting installations, and panels.
• Read and interpret basic drawings and work orders.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a safe condition.
• Participate in apprenticeship training and required hours.
