Qualifications

• No experience is required.
• Employee will be trained in operation and responsibilities of coating tablets.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs and follow coating instructions after training.
• Employee will undergo a minimum of four weeks of training with a qualified coating pan operator.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all cGMP's and related SOP's.
• Accurately enter batch information on Machine Working Chart.
• Follow coating formulas to weigh and prepare coating solutions.
• Set coating pan controls as per coating formula.
• Follow instructions on coating formula to process the coating of the tablets.
• Fill out the coating formula as performed.
