Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
• Load and unload parts from machines.
• Follow simple work instructions and production procedures.
• Learn how to make basic machine adjustments and tool changes.
• Check finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Learn to use basic measuring and inspection tools.
• Report damaged parts, machine issues, or quality concerns to a supervisor.
• Complete basic production and quality paperwork.
• Keep track of completed parts and daily production.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance as needed.
• Communicate unfinished work or issues during shift changes.
