Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Entry-level applicants welcome to manufacturing.
- Comfortable with numbers and detail-oriented work.
- Background in factory work or hands-on mechanical tasks is a definite plus.
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable transportation and a track record of showing up on time.
Responsibilities
- Get hands-on training running CNC mills and lathes to make precision parts.
- Follow blueprints and work instructions to complete each job correctly.
- Use tools like calipers and micrometers to check your work against spec.
- Keep your machine and work area clean and well-maintained.
- Help with tool changes and basic machine adjustments.
- Work safely and follow quality standards on every job.
