Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate precision machining equipment and produce parts per blueprints.

You will log production data in ERP systems, perform inspections, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a safety-sensitive role. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and adherence to 5S while collaborating with supervision to complete production orders and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Use ERP software for data entry and job tracking.
• Proficient in reading micrometers and calipers.
• Trained in minor control operations.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machining equipment to produce precision parts per blueprints and work orders.
• Log production data in ERP systems and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Perform in-process inspections and final/dfirst article checks with QA.
• Turn in first article and final inspections to QA for dimensional verification.
• Keep work area clean and organized; follow 5S principles.
• Perform daily and monthly machine preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure successful production completion.
• Complete any other tasks as directed; this is a safety sensitive position.
