Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking a dynamic Cloud ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. You will drive transformation in healthcare operations by implementing cloud ERP solutions for clients.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with expected graduation May 2027, have exposure to ERP systems such as Workday/Oracle/SAP/Netsuite, and are authorized to work in the US. Travel up to 50% and a full-time August 2027 start are required.

Qualifications

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or Netsuite.
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not supported.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to achieve patient outcomes.
• Interact with healthcare and consulting professionals to grow perspectives and career.
• Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud ERP software for clients.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client processes and requirements.
• Support data migration including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Document system configurations, test cases, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to meet milestones.
• Learn ERP functionality and stay current on product updates and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members who will help you discover ways to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Interact one on one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to grow and broaden your perspectives and career.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud ERP software solutions for clients.

Education and Experience

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general), Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Expected Graduation: May 2027
• Exposure to business operations such as HR, Finance/Accounting, and Supply Chain.
• Internship or academic experience with ERP systems preferred (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc.)

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $75,000 - $82,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
