The Installer Apprentice will work with experienced installers, learn to read plans, handle tools safely, and deliver quality work in residential settings. A dependable work ethic and willingness to grow with the company are essential.

Qualifications

• No installation experience required; entry level role with on-the-job training.
• Construction, carpentry, or handyman experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.
• Ability to read measurements accurately with tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with residential installations.
• Learn to read measurements, drawings, and installation plans.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Help load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Follow installation procedures and quality standards.
• Interact professionally with customers in their homes.
• Work efficiently as part of an installation team.
• Learn skills to advance to Installer position.
