Job summary

Hireology is seeking motivated individuals to join our installation team as Installer Apprentices. This entry-level role includes paid on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement as you learn to install custom closets, garages, pantries, home offices, and other organization systems in residential settings.

The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and takes pride in quality workmanship while working in customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• No previous installation experience required.
• Construction, woodworking, carpentry, or handyman experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with residential installations.
• Learn to read measurements, drawings, and installation plans.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Help load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Interact professionally with customers while working in their homes.
• Work efficiently as part of an installation team.
• Learn the skills necessary to advance to an Installer position.
