ForTec Medical is seeking an Entry-Level Clinical Technology Specialist in Massachusetts to set up and operate advanced surgical technologies, provide guidance to surgeons and staff, and ensure comprehensive documentation.

The role requires a flexible schedule, travel as needed, and adherence to credentialing and safety standards. ForTec offers extensive training and a supportive, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no major violations.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle heavy equipment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, travel.
• Pass credentialing and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies for surgeons and staff.
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, calibration, documentation.
• Load and transport surgical technologies to facilities; occasional overnight travel.
• Ensure safe vehicle operations and laser safety practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with partners.
