Job summary

Celerion is seeking a Research Screening Specialist to join our Lincoln, Nebraska site. You will support screening, training and evaluations of study participants, entering data, and coordinating documentation with a team dedicated to advancing clinical research.

This entry‑level role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced office/clinic environment; occasional travel to the Omaha site is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field preferred but not required.
• One year customer services experience.
• Experience in organizing and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate study participants, coordinating training and evaluations.
• Enter and update study information in database systems.
• Collect and organize panelist paperwork and documentation.
• Develop positive participant communications and relationships.
• May travel to Omaha site 1–2 times per week.
