Job summary

RHO Inc is seeking an entry-level Project Associate to gain experience in Clinical Research and support project managers in day-to-day operations of federally-funded or commercial studies.

The role involves document preparation, meeting coordination, data management, and maintaining study documentation, with opportunities to grow within the team. This position clarifies that it is not a laboratory research role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or related area with research emphasis.
• Past experience working with data or on research studies is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to showcase successes and Rho’s.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in day-to-day operations of federally-funded or commercial studies.
• Participate in document preparation, maintenance, and filing.
• Coordinate meetings and provide support; assist data entry and review.
• Create and format Case Report Forms and other study-related documentation.
• Maintain project website and communicate with internal/external project staff.
