American Oncology Network is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I (non-RN) to support, coordinate, and monitor oncology trials at Vista Oncology. You will assist the Principal Investigator, ensure protocol adherence, and manage entry-level trial activities under supervision.

Responsibilities include data integrity, safety reporting (AE/SAE), regulatory documentation, and coordination with study sites to maintain timelines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education required; some college preferred.
• Prior research or related medical science experience.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH/FDA guidelines is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients on clinical research protocols under supervision.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance for trials.
• Support budgeting, contracts, and study feasibility activities.
• Prepare regulatory and monitoring documents and assist site staff.
