Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; basic understanding of GCP/human subjects protection.
• Ability to follow SOPs, maintain accuracy, and learn quickly.
• Experience with EDC/CTMS systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior CRAs with preparation for qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Participate in remote/in-person visits in a shadowing or support capacity.
• Conduct supervised source data review (SDR) and basic source data verification (SDV).
• Draft or update visit documentation for senior review.
• Track data listings and assist with queries under guidance from senior staff.
• Maintain CTMS, EDC task lists, issue logs, and monitoring visit calendars.
• Prepare routine status updates and communicate site needs in a timely manner.
