Qualifications

• Must demonstrate basic clinical pharmacist skills.
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the vision, mission, and goals of YNHHS and the Department of Pharmacy.
• Conduct timely, accurate medication order review.
• Demonstrate competency in pharmacy automation and technology.
• Adhere to all departmental policies and guidelines.
• Provide education and training to pharmacy staff members.
• Contribute to departmental cost-reduction/revenue generation.
