Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking CDL graduates for an Eastern Regional training program. You will join a full-time role with mentorship, supervised driving, and an assigned tractor after training.

During training you earn $850 per week, with trips that include weekly or bi-weekly home time and no-touch freight. After completion, expected solo earnings range from $1,600–$1,800+ per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CDL training program.
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn and work safely with a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs.
• Follow company and federal safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on time.
