100Hires, Inc. seeks CDL graduates to join the Eastern Regional fleet with mentor support and training. Trainees earn $850 per week during orientation, then move to regional solo runs with assigned equipment after program completion.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL training program.
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training.
• Safe driving record.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn and work safely with a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs.
• Follow company and federal safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on time.
