Job summary

Intervention, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Criminal Justice Case Manager to provide supervision and behavioral support to Diversion and Transition clients, ensuring program compliance and progress.

You will conduct weekly meetings, develop case plans, coordinate with courts and probation, document findings, and assist clients with employment and resources in a full-time role in Henderson, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Work experience in counseling, social work, law enforcement, or corrections can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Demonstrated proficiency in general population case management.
• Demonstrated experience applying Motivational Interviewing skills and techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to develop assessments and case plans.
• Ability to enter data, generate reports and use various databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential client and company information.
• Develop individualized supervision case plans for each client.
• Explain program expectations and case plans to clients.
• Report program violations according to policy.
• Assist clients in employment searches and resource referrals.
• Enter client data into CCIB and other databases.
• Work with courts, probation, and other agencies on staffing/compliance.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; provide supervision and guidance.
