Job summary

Candidates will develop technical skills under senior supervision, preparing utility plans and specifications while gaining on-site experience. An accredited Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required along with the ability to achieve Engineer-in-Training certification. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering degree required.
• Ability to achieve Engineer-in-Training certification within 6 months.
• Experience with MS Office, Google Docs, and AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to prepare utility plans and specifications.
• Gain understanding of engineering through varied projects.
• Learn about project types and applicable regulations.
• Work with CAD, GIS, Office tools, and specialty software.
• Visit project sites for data collection and construction review.
