Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer I - Structural Analysis & Foundations Engineer for 100% on-site work in Schenectady, NY.

The role supports large-scale power generation and industrial equipment projects, performing structural analyses, foundation design, and coordination with turbine-generator teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
• 0-3+ years of engineering experience, including internships or co-ops.
• Knowledge of statics, forces and moments, Free Body Diagrams (FBDs).
• Familiarity with structural foundations, building codes, and engineering calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations involving forces, moments, loads, Mass, and CoG for large industrial equipment.
• Support foundation, structural, and piping interface engineering for turbine-generator systems.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, customer drawings, and technical reports.
• Apply structural foundation principles and building codes to analyses and deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
