Job summary

Wiley|Wilson in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training to join our Civil Engineering team. You will work on site design and stormwater projects for government clients, gaining hands-on experience across design phases while pursuing your PE license.

Under licensed engineers, you will prepare calculations, reports, and drawings, assist with field investigations, and contribute to take-offs and cost estimates, collaborating with multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree required.
• FE Exam passed by start date.
• Civil 3D experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations, reports, and design drawings.
• Assist with site design and stormwater management.
• Participate in field investigations and data collection.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates and collaborate with engineers across disciplines.
