Job summary

Wiley|Wilson is seeking a new graduate Civil Engineer-in-Training to join the Lynchburg, VA team. You will work on on-site design and stormwater projects for government clients, gaining hands-on experience toward your PE licensure.

You will prepare calculations, reports, and drawings, assist with site design, field investigations, and cost estimates, and collaborate across disciplines in a growth-focused environment with ESOP ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam must be passed by start date.
• Civil 3D experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations, reports, and design drawings.
• Assist with site design and stormwater management.
• Participate in field investigations.
• Perform research related to project design and assist with quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers and other design professionals across multiple disciplines.
