Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our Seattle-area team. You will support energy projects—from power distribution to solar sites—while mentored by experienced engineers to develop your skills.

This role offers advancement through our internal Academy and Leadership programs, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to work on meaningful infrastructure that shapes communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related) required.
  • EI/EIT certificate preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or PLS-CADD is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual able to work on challenging projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with energy projects such as power distribution, transmission lines, and solar sites.
  • Assist in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
  • Assist in developing cost estimates for various projects.
  • Keep Project Manager informed of workload and any changes in project scope or additional services.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • EI/EIT Certificate preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or programs like PLS - CADD definite plus
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
