Kleinfelder is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer with 0 to 2 years' experience to join our team!

Kleinfelder offers a wide range of challenging project work and a great opportunity to develop professionally. Skills required for this position include:

• Verbal and written communication skills,

• A thirst to learn and achieve continuous improvement in a team environment,

• A BS in Civil Engineering,
• EIT Preferred.

The candidate should have at a minimum, experience in, or the ability to readily learn, the following areas of Civil Design Engineering:

• Erosion and sedimentation control,
• Site grading,
• Stormwater management,
• Civil 3D Plans,
• Perform site visits.

Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $57,500-79,500. We will be accepting applications through September 1, 2025 (90 days since posting date).
