Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; master's preferred.
• At least 2 years of civil design engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design software.
• Experience designing civil infrastructure and creating construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent math, design, and engineering skills; strong communication.
• Strong project management abilities; ability to work under pressure.
• EIT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to design, plan, and supervise construction projects, ensuring they meet standards.
• Carry out detailed design of roads, bridges, water, and wastewater systems.
• Prepare and manage construction documents, including plans, estimates, and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to meet goals.
• Conduct site inspections and analyze data to plan and design projects.
• Ensure project designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Perform risk assessments and propose technical solutions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates.
• Continually update technical knowledge and skills.
