This role emphasizes accurate daily production records, quality monitoring, and adherence to procedures in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. The position is eligible for commissions based on performance per plan.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot assembly line machinery at fixed workstations.
• Operate machinery to install parts of in-process products as they move along the line.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and discard or re-manufacture defective items.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
