Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an entry-level worker (Support 1) to participate in manufacturing assembly operations at a fixed workstation. You will help set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery along the assembly line, while moving materials and ensuring quality during production.

This position offers hourly pay and eligibility for commissions based on performance, with an emphasis on following standard procedures and supervision.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role (Support 1) with minimal prior knowledge or experience.
• Responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting assembly line machinery at fixed workstation positions.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
