Job summary

Celebree School of Tulsa is seeking a Childcare Aide/Assistant Teacher for an entry-level role. You will support lead teachers, help implement Celebree's curriculum, and contribute to a caring, inclusive classroom culture. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 to 6:30 and opportunities to grow within the Celebree family.

You will join a team focused on protecting, educating and nurturing children while maintaining a welcoming environment for families and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in classroom management and ensure compliance with regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Help design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Assist in managing smooth classroom transitions.
• Supervise children during activities and use positive discipline techniques when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the classroom environment.
• Present a professional image and adhere to uniform requirements.
• Communicate with parents, greet by name, address concerns promptly and provide updates on development.
