Celebree School is seeking an Entry Level Childcare Aide/Assistant Teacher to support lead teachers in providing high-quality care and education. You will help meet each child’s needs in a collaborative, inclusive team environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and policy compliance.
• Create a welcoming and friendly classroom for children, parents and visitors.
• Help develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans.
• Support smooth classroom transitions and daily routines.
• Supervise children during activities and reinforce positive discipline techniques.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom environment.
• Uphold uniform requirements and present a professional image.
