Duties:
- Conducting patent searches and analyses to assess the patentability of inventions.
- Collaborating with inventors and attorneys to gather technical information for patent applications.
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the field of chemistry, with a focus on medicinal chemistry, small molecules, pharmaceuticals, synthetic methods, polymer science, and drug discovery.
- Analyzing and responding to office actions from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Providing technical expertise and support in patent litigation and other legal proceedings.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of patent prosecution experience.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D.) in Chemistry.
- Strong academic credentials.

- Patent Bar admission (preferred but not required).
