Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant laboratory or manufacturing experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of fundamental chemistry and laboratory practices.
• Ability to follow written procedures and document laboratory results.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to safely work with chemicals and laboratory equipment.
• Internship, co‑op, or laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial, coatings, adhesives, polymers, or related environment.
• Familiarity with quality control testing and laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience with LIMS or ERP systems.
• Understanding of OSHA and laboratory safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Assist with quality control testing to ensure products meet established specifications.
• Prepare laboratory samples, solutions, and reagents in accordance with established procedures.
• Record, review, and maintain accurate laboratory and testing documentation.
• Assist with investigating out‑of‑specification or unexpected test results.
• Support product development, formulation, and process improvement activities as needed.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and other internal teams to support manufacturing objectives.
• Follow established laboratory procedures, safety requirements, and chemical handling protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Assist with calibration, maintenance, and proper use of laboratory equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other technical projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career chemistry professional looking to build hands‑on experience in a manufacturing and laboratory environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced technical and operations professionals while gaining exposure to laboratory testing, product quality, raw materials, documentation, and manufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with quality control testing to ensure products meet established specifications.
